We came to Mexico for a vacation and fell in love with a house in Puerto Escondido. Our Canadian bank wouldn't give us a mortgage for a house outside of Canada. Banks in Mexico wouldn't give us a mortgage because we didn't live here and had no credit history. We tried everything and everyone and lost hope. Until we started talking to Mexlend. Terrence and his team made the impossible possible. We are now proud owners of a gorgeous house in Oaxaca. It was a difficult process due to much redtape, but Terence and Luciano were on the ball the entire time. I cannot imagine another team pulling this off for Canadians (or Americans for that matter). Mexlend handled our escrow and a $US loan for our purchase.  It's relatively easy to qualify for a loan through Mexlend.  It's not inexpensive, but if you need funding to purchase your dream vacation home in Puerto Vallarta, we recommend you consider this option.
